New car model by Toyota

I had to order a new part for my Vibe recently. Ordered it from a Toyota dealership and apparently they don't know their own models.

Doesn't that just make you feel great!.. Always worries me a bit when I go into a place and they misspell the car make/model.. or my name.. Makes me reluctant to leave my car with them/let them service my car..
