Need your help and Hello!

Hi all! Just got my self a 2006 Vibe, Silver with 39 915 miles on it. Never been happier! Gonna take a look at alot of the posts here to help me keep it maintained and maybe add a lil extra to it! I was hoping some one could help me identify a part on the vibe as I am not that great with cars. What are those two parts as shown in the above diagram? I am looking to replace them and was wondering what they are! Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much!Ryan

Welcome to GenVibe!!! Those are the shock towers and the attachment points for the struts and your aftermarket tower brace!

Welcome to GenVibe! I'm not sure how you could replace those as that is how your struts attach to the vehicle.

Ryan, welcome to the site. As others have pointed out, that is an aftermarket strut tower brace. Question is, what is your reasoning for wanting to know what those items are in the picture/diagram? Your struts should be fine, unless they are leaking or you want to install a set of lowering springs? Seems you are missing your engine cover also, which is not a big deal, but figure would point it out.

Perfect thanks everyone for such a quick response. I just noticed some rust on mine and was wondering if they should be replaced. That image is actually not from my Vibe but just one I found quickly on google so I don't have the after market strut tower brace. Just hate seeing rust!
