How about telling us what year you are driving??Also, is it erratic? Are you carrying things on your front seat? Car ever been in an accident? Did you purchase it new or used? Etc.

You will need the ability to use a scan tool when doing this.The factory manual has PAGES of diagnostic charts for trouble shooting this unit. It may do you good to spend the coin on the factory set and fix this problem yourself, then you'll have the books for any future problem.First, look under the seat for a connector or wire that has been dislodged by clumsy feet or wayward back seat crap, maybe even your dog crawled under and chewed some wires??DaveOh, and BTW.......
