How about telling us what year you are driving??Also, is it erratic? Are you carrying things on your front seat? Car ever been in an accident? Did you purchase it new or used? Etc.

Turn that CAP key off please.Just to make sure that we are talking about the same light......http://www.genvibe.com/images/...e.pdfpg 2-64To come on, go off, come on, go off most often indicates a bad wire or a bad connection in the system. Could be something as silly as loose seat bolts.Could be a defective seat sensor. It's a pretty bullet proof system with the weakest link being the connections to the seats themselves. There is a re-zeroing procedure for the air bag light that must be done after any service work to the seat is done or after an accident repair. You will need the ability to use a scan tool when doing this. The factory manual has PAGES of diagnostic charts for trouble shooting this unit. It may do you good to spend the coin on the factory set and fix this problem yourself, then you'll have the books for any future problem.First, look under the seat for a connector or wire that has been dislodged by clumsy feet or wayward back seat crap, maybe even your dog crawled under and chewed some wires??DaveOh, and BTW....... Welcome!! Many will ask for pictures of your car, they LOVE pictures here. You will find this site fairly active and a lot of help can be found in it's virtual pages.
