Post by Flexx23 »

Tis may sound stupid, but I am gettign ready to order my mudflaps for the front and rear from gmpartsdirect and I can't figure out if the 18$ price is for 1 flap or 2. It says a package of 1.....does this mean a set or just 1??? I don't want to order more than I need.....any info would be appreciated. Thanks Jeremy Gonzalez

As far as I know, you have have to order the front and rear flaps separtely. Therefore, I would think you would be ordering a box of two front or rear mudflaps.

I was going to order mudflaps and then discovered that the molding on the two-tones that is going to be replaced under warr. will not work with the current front mudflaps. It will work fine with the back, but the front will no longer fit. Maybe I'll just order the rear mudflaps, but then it may not look quite right. Just a little info. in case you have a two-tone.

Nick says the flaps work great...I plan to get some (despite the fact I hate the look of them on a car), but not until the TSB is released for the cladding issues, and the new mudflaps that are designed to work with that are released.

I'm with you ragingfish... I'm holding out for that TSB as well. I keep putting coat after coat of Mother's Back to Black on there, just to try to keep the cladding looking good.

The GM mudflaps are sold in pairs, a pair for the front and a pair for the rear.
