yup -- felt it in downtown Ottawa. A really surreal feeling.

All clear here in London. From what I am told it was in Quebec. Looks like they were trying to separate from Canada again. HAHAHAHA

for the first 5 seconds I thought it was either a really big truck going by, a low flying plane, or someone moving furniture on the floor above us.But once your whole body starts shaking for 10+ seconds you know it's an earthquake

Lollers. You guys don't get too many earthquakes, do you? That's a baby quake, but certainly a decent shake if you're not used to it.

Then a second one hit and it was much longer and my monitor was shaking like crazy and I could feel the floor moving. Scared the crap outta me. I ran down 16 flights of stairs after that.

I was downtown Montreal when it happened on a construction site... never felt it Last one I do remember is from 1988, a 5.9. that one was hard to miss lol
