air bag light

So heres the problem. My air bag light came on one day, and the passenger air bag wont turn on. Ive made sure it was plugged in, ive done a computer reset. yet still nothing, i cant even find anything about the air bags under the search. so just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what there fix was, my local dealership said it my need recalibrating, FML!
