OK,Ive searched matrixowners, genvibe and corolla sites. There does not seem to be a FINAL answerWhat is OEM for the 2005 non GT VibeSome say Iridium, some say Platinum, is the gap 0.044 ?Some say Denso , some say NGKSo, what is the factory recommendation? That is the question
The http://www.sparkplugs site indicates OEM is platinum also,...or am I reading it incorrectly...and looks like there are several choices of irridium from the same mfr. .....and looks like there are at least 3 different gaps based on the 3 mfrs.I am still confused.Plz clarifyThanks
Apologies for any confusion.Rock Auto http://www.rockauto.com/ shows Iridium .044 gap as the original equipment.Searched other posts and it looks like Denso is the OEM.Good luck.
I pulled the stock plugs out of my car last weekend. They are Denso Iridium plugs. After 70k miles they are holding up very well. I cleaned and reinstalled them.
