Hot Enough for ya?

Post by Sputnik »

The AC broke at work so we were sent home. Unbelievably hot... wow. I'm so glad we got an AC for our apartment this summer.

It maybe hot-but I love it...Remember last winter and how we longed for warm weather. Well here it is.But with me raised in New Orleans , Louisiana --I am used to it.Leaving for work soon (work nights) and thank the stars my Vibe 's A/C does a great job at cooling the interior down.

I hit 101 the other day. Makes me wonder how accurate it is. The temperature that day was only 94.

We just have a window AC unit for the apartment. I can't imagine how I lived here for 4 years without it!

Hey I bet you're not on the top floor in a south facing apartment? I get everyone else's heat, plus the sun most of the day. Ugh!

I HATE the heat...I loved the days when it was between 13C and 18C...that's my kinda weather...It's 34C here today...way too hot for me...and they say it's gonna get worse...Plus, I don't even have the vibe, it's in for service, so I gotta deal with my dad's GA which has only fair quality A/C...I was really liking this whole cold summer thing...

The temperature that day was only 94.Considering the sensor is only about a foot or so above the hot road, generally mine isn't too far off. In the A.M., it's always w/in a degree or two from what my home thermometer reads. Actually, I'm amazed it doesn't skyrocket at stoplights, traffic jams, etc.
