Reverse phone number search

Does anyone know of a free site that does reverse phone number tracing? I found a few sites but they did not contain the individuals name. I have this feature on my palm treo but it cost money and I am just trying to figure out who keeps calling my cell.

Google usually works if it is a listed number, and I think yahoo even has an option to get directions to their home. Trying to find it now... here it is http://people.yahoo.com/
