How does the flasher unclip?

How does the flasher unclip? That's my question. I don't want to break it and it isn't responding to my medium pressures. Does it pop up? I don't see an official clip. It just hangs on the left side. Gettin tired of this strange flasher problem. It most likely is the stalk anyway. (see prievous post about left side sig/hazard being dead)Thanks for any help.

Flasher? What exactly are you talking about?

if you mean the flasher relay, good luck. i broke mine trying to get it off...it's not easy from my experience...

First, pull out the storage bin on the left side of the steering wheel.Second, pull off the trim piece that has the air vent, dimmer, and mirror controls Reach in from the top opening, use a little screwdriver or knife blade where the red arrow in the picture points, gently pry that little black tab towards the body of the flasher relay, while reaching in with the other hand through the bottom opening to push up on the flasher relaybe careful not to drop the little screwdriver, because if you do, it might fall down behind that lower kick trim piece, and then you, like I, will have to do some interior disassembly to try to recover the tool
