Hers has a PAC AuxBox (just standard 1/8" miniplug/headphone style jack). Mine has a PAC AuxPod (iPod connector). Both work nearly perfectly. On the 2007, there's a bit of electronic background noise every once in a while that can be heard through the speakers, but I believe that's the fault of the AuxBox, as the same sound was heard in her previous Saturn when I used the same adapter box (I think). Of course, since it's just a miniplug, there's no charging or control of the iPod that's connected, but it will work with anything that has a minijack (so basically everything with a headphone jack). On my 2008, the AuxPod works fairly well. The only caveats are that it provides 12V power, which on older iPods is fine, but some newer iPod/iPhone models it won't power the device. The iPod nano 4th gen, the iPhone 3G and the iPod touch 2nd gen all use 5V only charging, so they will play through the AuxPod, but won't charge while on it. A Scosche PassPORT can solve that issue. All other iPod models with a dock connector (Classics, 3rd through 5th gen iPods, iPod touch 1st gen, 1st gen iPhone, 1st through 3rd gen iPod nanos) will work fine with the 12V power it supplies. One other slight weirdness I have with the AuxPod is that it won't pause the iPod when I shut the car off. When I had this same adapter installed in my '98 Regal GS, it would pause when the car was shut off, and resume when I hit play. The Vibe doesn't for some reason. However, all I have to do is turn off the radio before I shut off the car, and turn it back on once I restart the car, and it'll pause/play as it should. From my research over the past few years, the AuxPod, Neo iOn, and iPod2car are all the exact same device, so you may have the same results with each.
