I had a girlfriend back in the day that used to have a sign on her bathroom that said "Women" and next to the door was a sign that said "Men" and had an arrow pointing to the floor where she put a bucket.... always made me laugh, but I imagine if you leave it there too long, some drunk guy would take it seriously.

Yeah obviously in Germany! I got it from my wife, a guy in her office recently went to their German office. Apparently it was from a bus or public transportation stating men should not pee standing up for fear of falling and to sit down!
