It's been a long time since I've visted here and wanted to say hey howdy hey.I was slammed with school (now graduated with a BS degree... w00t), work (looking at a promo in the next month... doublt w00t) and racking up a ton of miles on my VIbe.Haven't reached her first birthday and already well over 24k miles... it's holding up perfectly. A couple of slight rattles my dealer will be uh, well dealing with. But other than that - regular maintenance, tire rotations, oil changes and such...TIres have no significant wear, gas milage is a friggen god send. $3 a gallon! I laugh at the ta-hoes and ****-urbans when I pull up. I make it a point to sigh loudly and claim... 14 gallons... 400 miles.... sigh...Anyway, dropping by to check in on the world and see if any summer meets are in progress... I got some vaca laying around I need to burn up, might as well try to hit 36k before my first year of ownership is up!
My Vibe turned 1 in March and just turned 50,000 miles. And with only a fuel pump out at 38,000 still going. Regular maintain stuff.Glad to hear someone else drives as well.
Hey Binary--since you are in Wisconsin...we are planning a mini-midwest-meet (say that three times fast) in Minnesota somewhere, looking like August by the votes...so check in to that!
