Good to see the surgery went well. What did you have done?I would be pissed at the car dealer. The deposit pretty much was a binder on the deal for the car. Since they sold it out from under you they owe you a car. Time to do some hard wheeling and dealing for a replacement. And if they don't want to bargin with you ask them if they will like to bargin with a lawyer.

had surgery on the ulnar nerve that runs through my right arm, when my door caved in and shoved me over in my car accident my right arm busted my center console off and there was preasure on teh elbow making my hand constantly numb. As for the shady car dealer i'll be sending my brother to take back my deposit tomarrow and take business elsewhere.

get well soon and if the dealer sold a car you had a deposit on, then they are definitely not the kind of people you want to deal with, they screwed you so don't reward them with your business. What else is planned for the recovery, any other surgeries, physical therapies, etc?

Quote, originally posted by trdvibe »that totally blows! definitely take your money elsewhere. then drive by them later in your new car. too bad! lol. i did that once.....Ha, that's showin' em.That's pretty lame of the dealer to reneg on a deposit - it may be against a law or two - depending on what you signed. You just weren't as important as a sure sale that day, I guess.
i'm glad your surgery went well, i hope it helps with the numbness.i'd definitely be taking my money elsewhere as well. the first vibe i found that i thought i was going to buy i ended up walking away from because the sales guy kept promising me he'd deduct the cost of the XM Radio (i didn't want it, and they dealership wouldn't remove it), but giving me quotes with the line item in place.
Glad to hear your surgery went well. Wishing you a speedy recovery! I hate MRI's as well. Especially when they inject the dye... ewww.As for your car, you're better off collecting your money and going elsewhere. Putting a deposit means that it's yours and no one else can take it. Seeing that the dealership went behind your back and sold it anyways proves them to be dishonest and who's to tell what else they might screw you over with? Good luck searching for a reputable dealership and getting your new car!
