I don't have Paypal or know what exactly that is. Cashiers check or money order work, would have to calculate shiiping by US Post office after packaging? A Lot of members on this group live right in my neighborhood. How loud? JUST like ALL the other "tuner" cars out there ya here endlessly. Gorgot for awhile, I'm 54 years old....Prefer my favorit Jazz station on the radio....Mike
