To be absolutely sure about the oil in my base 5 speed tranny, I want to change it out. If you wait a few weeks, I'll let you know how the SF MTL-R is. I've got some ready to go in. I voted above for the GM fluid. It's not what originally came in the car and actually shifts really well.
