789 Chevy Corvette

Post by redlava »

This car was built by N2A motors (No Two Alike). Cost is $40,000 over the cost of a new Corvette C6 (MSRP $44,000). Unbelievable! The company is planning a production run of about 100 vehicles. It sits on a Corvette C6 chassis, front styled like a 57 Chevy, side like a 58, rear like a 59. Hence the designation '789'.http://www.n2amotors.com/

sorry but my opinion is fugly... there's a lot of work put into it, and I can appreciate that, but I can think of some other cars I'd rather buy.

Wow, not sure what to say about this car! I like 50's cars for sure and Vettes of course but this as a drop top looks strange to me.

Cool idea. But I'd rather have a Z06 or ZR1.

Looks like a waste of time and money to me. In my opinion, only attention whores would want something like that. If you can afford that hideous concoction, save your money for the next ZR01.I can appreciate kit cars for their "uniqueness", but this just seems odd to me. Being unique by copying four different cars (57,58,59,08).

Meh. Having been alive long enough to have seen all of those cars introduced during their respective model years, I find the 789 blend, uh, tragic.I much prefer the blend of this CRC 1962 'Vette replica on a C5 chassis:Link --> http://horsepowersports.com/62...e-crc/Link to CRCoachworks, the builder --> http://www.crcoachworks.com/

My 2003 Vibe Base Auto 2-tone Salsa "SalsaWagon" was built in May 2002. I acquired it in Feb 2004/Traded it in on a 2016 Honda HR-V in Feb 2018.

This is one time where I'll have to say, i absolutely LOVE it... you don't hear that from me very often... Something about mixing the modern with the old... My FIRST car was supposed to be a 57' Chevy and I had grand plans of making it into something VERY special, completely updated drive train with all smog legal parts, Vette independent rear with hydraulic over coilover suspension... completely re-designed interior with all the creature comforts and a killer system... Stupid uncle took that dream from me.. I'll be bitter to the end for it to..
