GENVIBE MEET 2021
Location: Pontiac, Illinois
Date: *August 13-15th 2021*
(Arrive Friday, meet Saturday, go home Sunday )
Events: Museum and city tour (prospective)
Purpose: Have fun and enjoy each other
Who: Hopefully a good number of you
Hotel: Super 8, $65/night with the GENVIBE block. Rooms open up to the public on July 13th, so call and reserve your room quickly! (815) 844-6888

Alright folks, here it is! After a year off for obvious reasons, we're going to get back to it and have a meet! Hotel and "official" actions will come later, but expect to meet up in a near-central area in town, get a good tour of the Pontiac-Oakland Automobile Museum, walk around town, and have a good time with your fellow members. Pics will also be taken.
We will follow all local laws & CDC guidelines, which will hopefully be pretty lax by the time August comes around.

Less than two weeks until the meet this year!

Of all weekends to host it, this will NOT work out for me I have very few "next generation" relatives BUT one of my only nephews is getting married on that Saturday and I must attend the wedding and all festivities. I was sooooo looking forward to another Vibe meet and now it will have to wait another year. Next year for sure.

Well that's a shame. Next year then! It'll have to count. And it won't be in August, because I'm already missing something cool going on locally that just so happened to get scheduled same day as the meet...

Here it is mid-summer already 2023 and I don't recall seeing any meets scheduled for this summer here on the ORIGINAL GenVibe site. Anyone out there know if there was or still is one planned? Now that I'm retired I'll have a bit more flexibility to attend meets and other functions. Just curious
