Rocker panels and lower skirting.

Just curious as to know if the bottom rocker panels are made of plastic and rot resistant. Or are is the skirting just covering up a bunch of cancer that i would rather not know about? I have never seen a rusted out vibe or matryx. Just dont want to have to pull the skirting off to find out.

Depending on where you live, you may NEVER see any rotted/ cancer ridden vehicle! Location please ........

Those side skirts hide LOTS of rusts. You can see various photos of it throughout my instagram on several Vibes we own/owned.
