I successfully did the conversion with all new parts purchased online in 2020.
I put on a spaced because I also put on a big brake kit for the front brakes, you can ignore that.
It was a pitty that I did not took photo step by step since my hands were so dirty...

From Amazon
Callahan CCK11900 REAR Powder Coated Red [2] Calipers + [2] 5 Lug Rotors + Quiet Low Dust [4] Ceramic Pads Performance Kit

(longer bolt is need since the brake plate is thicker)

Carlson Quality Brake Parts 14147 Guide Pin Kit

From Toyota dealer (online order, in store pickup)

The parking brake set up is very similar to Yaris, you can find the video on youtube

Major difficulties I met:
The original parking brake cables are just fit, I keep them untouched, but need to trim/sand the head size down (I use dremel tool) to fit into the toyota brake lever. The parking brake cable need to be tightened by about half inch at the handle side in the cabin.

Well done and thorough. What's your reasoning for running big brakes on the front, and the disc on the rear on an 07 base?

Nice right up! Also, those backing plates are expensive! I need to replace my rusted out ones but as much as they are, I'll make the rusted ones work.
