OK, somehow I thought that it might be possible to add the GM external Cd changer to the single Cd stock Vibe radio, and then you could get the PIE adapter to work, but I was wrong.

I figure it's close enough to 10 gallons gone when the needle is at 1/4 tank, and that makes getting a MPG estimate easy while driving along. (I also do a halfway at 6.6 gallons, which is harder to figure, but it gives me something to do)

When my brothers taught me to ride a bike, they took me to the top of a hill and gave me a push. Took out the tail light of a big old ford. That and a lot of peer pressure kept me motivated to learn. Some radios have an output for a power antenna, Turn the radio on and the antenna goes up. If a radio had such a signal, couldn't it power the antenna amplifier?

Mike, did you know that if you rub peanut butter on your CAI filter you can an extra 20 HP out of it? It has to do with adding the extra complex hydrocarbons to the air/fuel mix. Disclaimer: if anyone is actually gullible enough to try this, they deserve the results.

The shifter is probably more in the way with the outlet in the center, but not sure that it really matters. There's still space between the outlet and the shifter, which is closest when in third. Having the outlet on the right side is probably better for running a power cord off to the side. So not ...
