Up to 6 cylinders, includes software, usb connector, and piggy-back FIC ecu controller..all you would need, is to purchase a wiring harness and get a tune.

Steven, If your speaking of the AEM piggy-back ECU the answer is yes, unless it sells with the S/C

hotbug, I fabricated it myself using a 1/2" rubber stopper plug and a 1/8" of plate steel, very easy to make just used a saw and a drill press..oh, and a grinder to round of the edges.

Thanks for all of the helpful feedback you guys, after learning about how wimpy the awd is..the rwd coversion would be my only viable option for big power gains..I think I will try to get this fwd thing down first...

It's a little loader than I prefer, no power robbing res, but when I had it at the dragway it all made sense, it ripped and wasn't very load compared to most of the other cars there..you like that huh!? haha, cooled my egt temps by 50 degrees.

I went to the local drag way this weekend and experienced massive wheel hop whenever I tried to get a decent launch..My best times were only when i took off slowly at low rpm, getting into the low 16's. Had a friend of mine install a 2.5 inch flo pro on my vibe last week..It went pretty smooth and I opted for the opposite exhaust exit from stock because my egt temps were reading a little high and wanted to get the hot exhaust out a lil more quickly..Increasing the flow decreased the temps by 150 de...

I used my old plastic intake to make a nice little spacer between the s/c and the engine block..I was looking for a thermal gasket such as the one that hondata sells, but they only make it for the 2zz..So after hacking it off with a saw, It cost me $20 bucks to get it machined down to .5 inch at a b...

I love my new water injection system, It feels like a little 25 shot of nitrous when it kicks on..Still only got into the 16's at the dragway, I had major wheel hop issues off the line which really killed my launches...

Superchargers have better driveabilityMore low end pep and more linear powerTurbos have more top end power but less control over it..also turbos are not parasites like supers and tend to give better mpg's

Water injection systems?

I'm installing a 150psi water injection system on my vibe..I'm trying to decide whether I should install a 5 gallon tank in the back or just run it off of the windsheild washer tank? So, I guess my question is how quickly can/does it use water? I'm using a 530cc nozzle if that helps...

I searched but came up empty, you could always take the TB gasket to a machine shop and have them fab one out of aluminium, then go to your local hardware for longer bolts.

Yes, it actually feels a little stiffer and more responsive..the pieces vary depending on thickness but look to spend between 10 and 20..I've driven it hard for over a week now and it has not flexed or bent at all..I'm thinking about doing a motor strut next.

Yeah, the trd supercharger comes with the 2.4" I looked around and the smallest I could find was 2.0, but I'm looking to at least double the boost, so I'm not sure if that would do it..anybody have experience with this?

I was getting the same dtc and had to replace cat #1..I found a guy to do it for me for $200 out the door..upgrading the exhaust isnt worth the money unless your running boost or some other major modifications.

Smallest pulley

What is the smallest pulley anyone has heard of being used on the trd supercharger for the 1.8L? I'm thinking about having a custom one made out of billet aluminum at the tiny size of 1.4" or 1.2" and then having the idler upsized one inch..just trying to double my boost.

I am currently shopping for my open cone type aftermarket filter and am also looking at plumbing a full custom cool air intake to lower the temps on my supercharger..I should have a post as soon as next month ;o)

I would look at investing in the air fuel gauge and the egt gauge before you start modding to heavily..these are two of the most important in my mind and it is vital to the life of your engine to have these under strict supervision.
