Well the low vibration stopped, I really think it was because it was sitting for over 2 weeks but who knows seems to accelerate fine with no problem so I am not sure about a cylinder being out. I talked to the shop and they said bring it in anytime so thats a plus.
Forgot to post on here when this happened 2 weeks ago, I just got the vibe back today $4500 in damage. Got some new parts out the whole deal, since I got the vibe back from the shop it seems to be idling low about 400 rpms. It is vibrating alot when sitting and almost feels like it is going to shut ...
Well welcome to Genvibe sis and good luck on your trip to get your new vibe. Can't wait to see it make sure you post pics on here, come to think about I never did.
I had it mounted to my windshield, but now I have one of those bean bag nav mats. It works really good you can move it were you want. No messing with anything on the car.
Yeah here in oregon we are supposed to have a front plate also but I have never had one on. I have been pulled over multiple times over the last few years but never a mention about the front plate. It just hangs out in my glove box.
I have a tom tom 300xl I have been happy with it touch screen works really well even with the thick invisible shield that I put on it. I gets you where you need to go and the re routing is awesome if you miss a turn. All the us and canada maps are preloaded on the gps so so nothing on the memory car...
There was an ad on tv for the equinox and they said that it got an average of 600 miles to the tank. Maybe it was a hybrid that would average out to 30 miles to the gallon on around a 20 gallon tank. Just guessing though.
I have an 05 and would just like to know how long everyone else's headlights last? I swear I just replaced them a little bit ago and one burnt out already. I have sylvanias in there now and my day time running lights run all of the time. Any recommendations for brands of headlights to buy would be a...
Well I just think that it is crazy that it even went through the banking system, I think I will go and buy something super expensive and just take the overdraft fee
It says that you have a 1,000 mile grace period between changes so 3,000 to 4,000 each oil change and you can do it yourself you just have to save all of your receipts and have your car registered at valvoline.com before you hit 75,000 miles.
Just heard about a deal that if you change your oil every 3,000 miles with Valvoline oil they will guarantee it for 300,000 miles. Granted that you change it with full synthetic, for the 300,000 mile warranty. I just want to know how many people have heard about this and if it sounds like a good dea...
My brother in law worked for a place that made latex beds, and they had a trade in program bring in your old matress and get credit on your new matress. This older couple brought in there tempur pedic matress complaining that it smelt funny. After they left he cut it open to find tons and tons of mo...
I would just go to autozone or walmart napa anywhere like that and just get the fog light number replaced mine awhile back I thought it was a 9003 but maybe a 9005 it will tell you exactly in the book or just check sylvania.com that will have it.
You know I used the swirl x from meguiers on the highlander and it is a dark blue like your vibe and it worked pretty damn good. Not a 100% but way better than before. I used the clay bar first then the swirl x and then waxed it with nxt tech wax. I will try and get some pics up car is out of town.
Meguiers has a new swirl x that I tried on the vibe and it didn't really work that well I am planning on trying it on the highlander ill post pics if it takes care of the ones on there.
In regards to the stuff about wal-mart tires, as a long time employee that just got fired. They cant even put the tires on correctly balancing is bad tires fall off wheels fall off, and for oil changes sometimes they even forget to put oil back in the car. So I would definatley stay away from those ...
Well I always bought Hondas, until I had the toyota engine in the vibe and now only buy toyotas hands down I think the engines are much stronger. Just my opinion though. You will love your new car should be solid for the life of it.
I noticed the other day that when my door is open that it pops really loud and sounds like it is going to break. I will not be unrolling the window with the door open ever again.
So it is only on the 03 and 04 models? I have been having a popping sound for a whyll. I did have the driver window fixed about a year and a half ago. The window would not go up or down any more. Mine is an 05.
Has anyone had any of their dealerships tell them that the recall is only VIN specific? I went to the dealer to get my checked for reacalls and there were none. Just wondering, would hate for the window to break.
