I could be wrong but the 1/2" drive is normally in ft.lbs and the 3/8" drive is in.lbs so it depends on the application.. I think for lugs you's want the 1/2".. and then size down for other..Just to note, Canadian Tire Maximum Line is on sale 50% off torque wrenchs today ($124 on sale...

GT '03 - Simple Mod suggestions?

I have a GT '03 vibe and want so suggestions for simple, low - medium cost mods that can be made that won't kill the MPG.It's 118k with original plugs, lowered but that's about it and it's a Southern Ontario Climate.What's the best way to spend money to get a little extra out of the engine?

if you left your lid off it could trigger one one the sensors, and once fixed, it would turn off the CEL after a few cycles if the engine was back to operating normally, so that's normal.

My scanner was 120 canadian at walmart.Too bad about the Matrixride site. Hope someone at least keeps an active link to the pdf's. they are amazing as a reference.

Thermostat and CEL P0128

I got a P0128 check engine code from my scanner.. According to the manual it's a failure to reach the correct engine temp for coolant. Could be a fan on too frequently or a faulty thermostat.Light came on at 67,000 km on a 2003 GT.Went to a Pontiac dealer and part was almost $50 with gasket... went ...
