Added Toyota Echo rear lips.
Also test fitted a Mazda 3 sedan rear lip for reference. The curve isn't tight enough.

I thought I was the first to discover the front Corolla lip thing! Oh well. Good job on the engine swap!

I am planning to try putting the rear lower bumper valance on from an early model Matrix XR. I know it won't PERFECTLY line up, but I have a feeling it will be pretty close. I have already verified that 03-04 Corolla front lips will line up VERY well with only minor modification, on ALL 03-08 Vibes....

I gave up on this problem over two years ago. Been running with the light on the whole time. The main irritation is a rough idle. Other than that drives just fine.
I'm interested in finding an answer though. I just can't believe there's not more info on this problem...

Update:
Added rear spoiler from 2012 Suzuki SX4 Hatchback...
Had to cut about 1/4" or so from the sides, then filled in with Bondo and painted...

The Corolla Lip will also fit even better on the 2005-up bumper. The curves fit very well.

Nice work. What year was the golf spoiler? Also, just curious if you tried making the Corolla front lip work like you did the back?
