Re: Pontiac vibe intake system

I would super recommend the Short Ram Intake for the Vibe from Cosmo Racing, I've had mine in for close to two years now and have no issues with it. Saves me a little bit of gas, sounds good when you want to hear it and isn't obnoxiously loud when you don't.

I've been looking at picking up either a first or second generation MR2 or a similar small t-top/convertible 4cyl for next summer just wondering if anyone has had experience owning one of these cars or similar and can share their input to help me decide if it's worth the purchase. Thanks!

Yeah, I looked into it and it's main purpose would be the look of it, which I agree it would look nice.
Being as I'm on a tight budget for school I think I might set my priorities for the winter as:

1: Strut bar, not sure if TRD or DC Sports
2: Springs
3: Rear Sway bar

Re: Mjowen's 2005 Base Vibe

I say go with anything metallic, maybe silver? Blue would also look very nice since your intake is blue. I think that's the winner. VHT makes some engine paints in a variety of colors, a lot of them metallic. A strut tower bar would also look right at home in that bay. I'll take another look at the...

Put the larger side on the cap first then you'll need to "snap" the smaller side down into the grove. Does the make sense? I think so. In fact, I'm afraid I've already done it before, and it just keeps coming off. But I'll have another look at it (once this darned rain lets up!) Has it be...
