Re: Ground location for electronic brake control module

It may be possible also by removing the inner wheel house but, removing the bumper in my case was actually easier in terms of those plastic ...

Re: Ground location for electronic brake control module

Thanks - I'll check out that ground.

Regarding the rear sensors, wouldn't they have thrown error codes if the problem was in the connection to them?

Ground location for electronic brake control module

Hello, 2009 Vibe, 2.4L, manual transmission. Had a known bad left front wheel speed sensor, but also getting codes for C0200 (right speed sensor) and C1541 Vehicle Speed Signal, intermittent at first but now full time, with no power steering, speedometer, odometer, and ABS/traction control lights on...

Re: Interior plastic paint peeling? 09-10

our 2009 Vibe rear passenger door peeling, just as everyone esle has described. It looks like the finish on these cars is pretty much garbage. On the outside, car is well cared for, never sees dirt roads, gets waxed, etc...but the front bumper looks like the surface of the moon will a million paint ...

Re: Check Engine + SensaTrac + VSC OFF *flashing*

Well I have not had a recurrence of the P0607 or the P0138 code for a couple of weeks now (and it has only happened twice in the last year). Per the service bulletin this issue appears to be linked to hot ambient conditions so I decided to follow the instructions in the service bulletin anyway to c...

Re: 2009 Vibe, saying hello, asking a question

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Well, on the test drive the symptoms weren't noticeable. BUT the dealership was in a rural area and an hour away from any roadway where you could legally get it to 60 mph and higher, and that's when the symptoms became noticeable. I actually like a stiff ride, that ...

2009 Vibe, saying hello, asking a question

Good day, I'm new to this forum as I have just bought an '09 Vibe with the 2.4L and 40,000k on the clock (so that's about 24,800 miles). It has this strange bumpy thing going on with it. Had it out on a 3 hour trip at 110 km/h (or almost 70 mph), I felt like I was riding in a mid-70's pickup truck. ...
