thanks for the help. now i have a starting point for finding parts, or a parts car. if i get the all the parts for a 5 speed, what would i need to do to use them with a 6 speed trans? and would the 5 and 6 speeds use different pcm's?

im glad i decided to look on here before tracking down a trans to swap out the auto on mine with. with all ive seen about the 5 speeds im definately gonna get a 6 speed now, but i gotta get all the stuff to make the trans work too =/

it probably dont have a spacer then, ive noticed the same thing, only happens when i use my ac(which is very rarely), i think its the compressor, bc its done that ever since my dad bought it brand new from the dealer in 04

those are the ones that u put over ur original rubber mounts, but from what i can find, thats the best i can do

i need some help findin the energy suspension motor mount inserts for a base 04 vibe, and id greatly appereciate a price for all i would need to swap all the motor mounts to polyurethane inserts (not the ones that get put OVER the original rubber inserts). many thanks in advance

i saw a old caprice rockin 28's today, i was like ZOMFG!!! that thing had like 3 feet of clearance, and like a quarter inch of rubber between the rim and the road. it looks soooooo stupid, and i dont get why people do that, and i never will

it was the right wire, i fixed the wire and did the drl delete by digging into the lighting control box, then i just unhooked the connetor to the autolight sensor, bc i never liked the autolights or the drl's. i got things straightened out, so im good
