if anyone wants a kit a have an original unpainted in-box kit w/ hardware. message me here I gave up selling it a while back, maybe ill drop the price and try again.
Glad to hear it, enjoy. Anyone that has private messaged me: I am having an issue with the inbox and I'm not sure what else to do. I have deleted every single message incoming and out going. Yet it continues to tell me I can not receive a message because there is not enough space. I am not sure who ...
If it's the cable I think that's fine. It should be the electronic throttle control that requires the adaptor. But if you figure it out for sure, and you are interested just let me know.
It's pretty large I have the original box the supercharger will fit in. But even that box might not fit all the other parts. You will have to look into something tho I am not sure it is compatible with the 05 model. If it is drive by wire not drive by cable it may not fit the throttle body. You may ...

Magnaflow makes a direct fit replacement. Don't remember what I paid for mine but it was not bad. Even bought mine from eBay.no welding required so diy if you're handy.
Helix throttle body spacer -$55 shipped I just took this off because I am supercharged now. I can't seem to find the cork gasket that came with it but I checked and you can get a sheet for less than ten bucks and trim it to fit. http://i1230.photobucket.com/albums/ee487/stremmsd/th_IMAG01191_zps7523...

So it seems there are boots available separately for the front and rear. Information about the insulators is conflicting tho. Most agrees with you that they are only for the front. ( on the top of the spring right?). But there couple that list fitment for the rear as well. I'm just going to assume f...
thanks guys, that helps with a couple things. interesting about the rod ends not sure what to think about that. theaters brand I was considering too. I'll have to do some more looking and make sure the boots will fit. you didn't mention specifically are they clamped on? I'm sure I'm over complicatin...
I have a few things due for replacement. struts, Tie rod end, and a bad strut mount. I don't want to cut any corners so I'm going to replace just about everything that could need it and then get an alignment. I'll be changing out the springs as well. here's what I'm thinking so far. anything else i ...
Loosen all the lug nuts but don't take them off all the way. Just leave them on by a couple turns so the wheel can't fall completely off the car. Jack it up high and drop it down hard. Try this a couple times. If that doesn't work then its really on there. Put it on the ground and drive back and for...
Do you think it would be worth it for me to get one just in case? Even though mine seems fine now.
Were talking about the idler that's now added behind the alternator right?
Just a little update. Backstory first. I've had a little engine ticking for a bit now that you really have to listen for. I discounted to valve lash and let it go. At monkeywrench for the tune on my supercharger and they noticed it and theorized it could be an easy fix and dangerous to let go if the...
I expect There should be a noticable difference in power when monkeywrench gets done with it, for now I have just adjusted the are to be safer with my emanage. Allthough it is already awesome when I took it for a drive yesterday. Now I really understand the supercharger whine I've been hearing about...
Well the same thing happened to me last week, combination of a dying alternator and some corrosion on the battery. But that was last week, more import what have I been up today? Supercharger is in and running! Everything is running smoothly and monkeywrench Will be tuning her on Monday. :D exciting ...
Getting ready for that supercharger. Hooked up emanage with my new boomslang, (pricey but worth it)and set that up on the laptop. Set up my AEM wideband to report to the emanage. Ran wiring for greddy boost sensor as well. Non vibe related I replaced two outer tie rods on an aztec today. Just helpin...
Nope No dbw for me. Hopefully no more delays. I have talked with monkeywrench a bit so they are ready to tune it. My emanage boomslang harness should arrive tomorrow. Once I get all that set up amd get any kinks out ill be ready for the final step. I'll be installing all the hardware on a weekend an...
Awesome thank you. The fluid actually should be good it was changed not too long ago. Just wanted to know the level was good before I ran it. Thanks, I suspected that would be the way to do it but had no real info to go on.
I am really making a push now to get my supercharger done. One thing on my check list should be easy but I just can't find this out. how do I check the oil level in the supercharger? On the car? Off the car? Fill it to the top or what? Help me out here guys, thanks.
i might just have to bring this in to the shop but are there any suggestions if jumping the low pressure switch wont get the clutch to engage? the clutch is not seized and the compressor is only just over a year old. i had the freon filled and it worked for two weeks and now the compressor wont come...
if there is a solution to this besides a rebuilt head or valves being adjusted i hope you can find it. i have the same problem too. i believe it is related to valve lash
i cant help with too much detail because i imagine your awd is different than my base i recently changed the manifold on. but i was also worried about breaking a bolt so for about a week and a half i sprayed all the bolts and nuts with pb blaster every night. seemed to help i didnt break anything. a...
Replaced one front upper strut mount since I broke a stud off the old one from it being so rusted. Also took the exhaust out to weld in a hung for my wideband sensor, still working towards getting my supercharger in. Almost starting to get anxious.
Ok first I figured this has to be on the site somewhere but I just can't find it, so ill resort to a new thread. All I need is to wire one bulb to be controlled simultaneously with the dash lights. I just don't know where to tap in. Are they positive controlled? So can I ground the negative? And whe...
Probably would not make much difference I wouldn't bother. Besides there is nothing to be tuned on these cars without adding engine management. Unichip, or e manage. A pre programmed unichip actually might make some difference. I haven't tried one tho.
Mods DELETE ok so i bought a pulley set here about a year ago(crank and alternator). the alt i installed a while back and its the same size, just lighter than oe. i thought the crank was the same size too but i checked it out and it actually looks noticeably smaller. so i found this and mine is exac...
New cats last week, then I discovered an exhaust leak between header and cat because the threads on the header were basically non existant so only one of the two bolts was able to hold on. So I fixed that with a dc sports header. Exhaust sounds great again with no leaks. Of course my cel pops on aft...
