03 vibe, no check engine light, fuel relay not working, jumped fuel still no start.

I'm looking for a pcm pinout because my tech 2 wont connect. i'm unsure what to check next, i swapped the c/open relay with the window relay and windows still work. Will the crankshaft sensor do this? efi relay not clicking ,,hot wired the fuel pump and it just cranks. Gonna check for spark next. No codes showing and connecting to tech2win i wasnt exactly sure which engine this is,,they have 7 1.8l to choose from and i clicked through the all..still wont connect. Autozones won't connect either. I really need to figure this out for a friend,,,any ideas?
