2.0L corolla injectors in 1.8L vibe

hello everyone. simple question. i have a big cold air intake on my 2009 1.8L Vibe
i see that corollas have a 2.0L engine option with exact look alike injectors. i read the 1.8L vibe injectors are 218cc
and the 2.0L corolla is 248cc is that all that matters?

so on a stock ECU no tuning
will i gain anything if i can run these?

That extra 30cc of flow would wreck your engine on stock tuning.

The stock ECU wouldn't be able to compensate for this change.
