Hi,
my vibe will stall when temperatures are below 20 degrees Fahrenheit ,I start it up in the morning, the car revs to 2500 rpms and wait a couple minutes and drive away I go about a mile and make a stop at light and the car will stall at the light, I restart it and go on my way ,I have to keep my foot on gas and foot on clutch when coming to stops to keep running but after car warms up then it is fine any suggestions would be helpful

See if there are any pending codes in the OBD system.
It sounds like the temp sensor isn't reading right. Is your coolant full? Thermostat working correctly?

I agree-- pull the codes and let us know what they are. Is this a recent development? If so, what repairs have you done recently? Perhaps a vacuum line or something simple was knocked off in the process, thus causing it to stall at idle.

The check engine light is not on ,will there still possibly be codes stored

Has the intake manifold gasket been replaced? The factory gasket did not hold a good seal when it's cold out, and Toyota had to redesign the gasket a few times to get it right. My car would stall when it was cold out too until that gasket was replaced.

I had similar issues but I had codes.
P0171. Fixed that with an intake manifold gasket.
For a long time, I had a P2103. The prior owner had already replaced the throttle body with an integrated TPS. I think the GT and first model has separate TPS which would have been where I’d look first.
My 2006 would throw the code only in below freezing temps. I did have throttle issues especially at stops/lights. Acted like it wanted to stall. Fixed by replacing the original TPS connector.

I forgot to mention that I also could restart or reclear my code and the car would run perfectly fine. The below freezing thing for me was a bad connection with the throttle position sensor.
I would first make sure all your connections are good, inspect the one to your TPS for damage, then check/replace 10amp fuse for ECTMS. That’s easy/free.
If that doesn’t work look at replacing your TPS (if you can).

Yes check coolant level. Another first check.
