I'm an old member. Son #1 is still driving Vibe #1, an 03 Salsa GT. Son #2 is driving Vibe #2, an 07 Base. Good Vibes.

I think I qualify - Jan. 2003 (or maybe February as my 1st Vibe bought late Jan. '03). I looked for a Vibe board as I enjoyed the one I was participating in as an early adopter initial year PT Cruiser owner. Had both the '01 PT Cruiser and the Vibe for about 9 months until I traded the PT Cruiser for a 2004 SWB T&C Van the dealer was begging me to take off his hands (not many wanted the short wheel base model). I know some here are not PT Cruiser fans but I really enjoyed that car and like the look. I got rid of it in part because I was not convinced of it's long term reliability. [Just tonight coming home from shopping I saw a PT Cruiser stopped in the middle of the road with its flashers on.] The reason I bought my first Vibe was that GM made me an offer I couldn't refuse if I bought something by the end of Jan, 2003. At the time my 2nd vehicle was a 1986 Buick inherited from my Dad so I thought the time was right to get something more reliable. The only GM offerings that appealed to me at the time were a compact pick up or the Vibe. The small pick-up would have been about $12,500, the Vibe was about $14,750 incl. tax/title.

Just saw this thread. Good seeing all the old timers are still around. 5 years later I still have the same car that replaced my Vibe. And it's a couple payments shy of no longer being the bank's. Where does the time go?

I had a very mild TIA last June. Scared the crap out of me, but in the end it only affected some mid-term memory, no motor skills or involentary functions effected.
