Anyone using Intrax lowering springs?

Post by geepaks »

See posts on several lower springs, but not for Intrax. Their a progressive spring and offer lowering of 1.7 front and 1.6 rear. The cost I found was $202 shipped - seems very reasonable. Thanks, Bob

Never heard of them. Most people are using Eibach, Tein, Progress, or Hotchkis springs. I happen to hae what I believe to be Spring Tech springs. They're a no name brand, but they are lower than the Eibach Pro-kitters I had a seem a little softer when it comes to bumps and stuff. Can't knock it 'til someone's tried it! If you get them post up pics and let us know how they handle.

I say go for it man. They look pretty good. I don't know much about the technical side, but from the description they sound like a nice driver spring and good for a nice drop too, and I also like the color but that's more of personal preference.

They got me interested. I've checked out the ones on Ebay also, Springtech or something from Suspension Max.

I've got an hard time with them after the sell was done. I sent emails to them asking when they will send me tracking numbers, and 4 days after the sell, they sent me two emails from two differents persons asking spec of my car, how much drop I would like... (removed)??? I bought a set of Spring for a 1.75''drop for a Pontiac Vibe, and they asked me info??? after that, I asked them to send them by USPS, and two days after, they answered me by sending me a tracking number of UPS. go figure! and now, my springs are stop at the custom cause they didn't put a commerial bill on the box. I have an appointment friday morning at Montreal in a sportshop, and I may not be able to do it if I don't have the springs. So if you consider buying those on eBay, make sure everything is clear before you pay!! for me, they sure will receive a bad feedback as soon as I receive my spring!!!
