Not horribly regularly, but it's a low volume forum - the owner/moderator isn't here on a regular basis.

I'd say that it's happened twice in the last three months.

Ah I see. I hate when forums go down. Speaking of that two other forums I'm a member of are currently down. I'm on too many forums.

Yes, I dunno what the issue was the other day, but I did shoot the site owner an email and let him know.

Rarely does GV go down. I'm glad the site owner still keeps us around. :D

Yeah I too was wondering if it was just me, or the site was down. Thanks guys for confirming my suspicions! ;)

Before the outage, it seemed like the site was slow to load, compared to other websites. Then there was a short period before it was unreachable where I would get a general error, something about too many sql connections.

could be just me, but it seems like the site is noticeably slower to respond today than it was yesterday.

Nope. Not just you. I've experienced these EXACT conditions that you've described. It sometimes takes 15 seconds to open a page. I don't have this problem on other sites!

Yeah I was getting an error message before I made this original post. As of right now, it sure is loading the pages here slowly

Could be a corrupt table in the database.
