2009 Vibe AWD Rear Diff Leak

I have noticed a steady leak in the rear axle from both sides of the diff where the axle shafts enter into to the diff.

Anyone else had this issue that can point me in the right direction as far as what parts to order? I bought a service manual online but it seems to have been of little help in this area.

Unfortunately it is not an easy repair, If the seals need replaced.

First order would be to check the diff fluid level. It should be right below the fill bolt. I posted pics of the bolt plugs and fill amount on my 2.4L 2AZ thread.
