The only part that isn't Toyota is the OnStar button.
And the entire HVAC system, and the wiring harness for the stereo, and that stupid passenger airbag indicator that no one cares about. I think Pontiac actually designed the interior, and of course the exterior. The ECU also has a different communication apparently, mine won't talk to a Toyota scanner, even though it is Toyota hardware.
But yeah, that's all that GM made for it. Everything else is Toyota. The GM HVAC also seems to be inferior, which is funny, because my Toyota mentor commented usually GM does A/C systems much better than Toyota.
I don't feel concerned about vehicles being built outside of the US, as long as the cat manufacturer doesn't cheap out on materials, quality control, and specifications. I have seen pretty meh vehicles get built in the US, but when someone outsources, usually they're already looking to save a buck and don't care much about quality.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the Vibe was made in the USA, like a lot of Toyota's lineup. The Toyota Tundra was designed in Sacramento, CA and is built in San Antonio, Texas. I think the new Camry is made in Kentucky or something. Somewhere in the eastern part of the US I have never been to.
