Good to know! I'm good for now as I just replaced the GV decals on both our Vibes a year or two ago (the first ones had been on since we got the Vibes new in 2009), but I will definitely keep you in mind for the future.SlammedNiss wrote:If people are still wanting them, I can do them. I'm pretty well know around MatrixOwners and Corolla9 and make most of their decals.
Ours lasted about 5 years on the lower right corner of the hatch glass before they started to look crappy. The rear windows take a beating though, especially in the winter, so I was very happy they lasted that long. The new ones should be good for another couple years yet, but I can't imagine our Vibes without the GV decals on the rear windows. They've been on the Vibes practically since they came home from the dealer .ColonelPanic wrote:Aww, that's a bummer that they aren't on the site anymore. The GVC decals are still in great shape on ours after being installed on the roof rack 10 years ago.
Looks like there are some others missing too, like the VVT-i ones I had for instance.
Are you sure that email address is correct? http://www.grafwerks.com appears to be a new company.vibenvy wrote:ColonelPanic wrote: For those of you who are interested in GenVibe decals, I would recommend contacting Ryan at Grafx Werks directly (mail@grafwerks.com).
Since the forum changeover, pics are few and far between. However, I found a few:deafanddiabetic wrote:Hmm, I'd be interested in a graphic as well. What do they look like? Anybody care to share?
Ha, that's Miss Marcie. Back when she looked good.Baltovibe wrote:

That's disappointing, Grafxwerks has always offered excellent support for our little community. I guess financially there's no sense in supporting a declining community.Dairgo wrote:I e-mailed grafxworks, they are not making / going to make more genvibe decals. So, now to go to plan B.
that hurts to look at. That poor vibe. On a side note, think I might have convinced one of the other 3 vibe owners here at work to get on the forums. There's My Metallic red, a blaze orange 1st gen, a neptune blue 1st gen, and a silver 2nd gen GT, but I've not seen that one in a few months.

Just to be sure, they are sold as a set of 2? Two for $6?SlammedNiss wrote:Just to let others know, if you want a set of genvibe.com decals, they are $6/pr and sizing should be approx. 9"x1". Sample is below.
I will take two pairss then, in white, 4 decals. Just let me know and I'll send the money ASAP.SlammedNiss wrote:yes, that is a pair of decals, $6 shipped. Broken down it's $5 for the decals + $1 s/h charges.
Payment of $6 sent for a pair of white Genvibe decals. Thanks!SlammedNiss wrote:for payment, you can Paypal me at google's email service with the same username, Slammedniss.
When making payment, be sure to add the color you want.
I know it's a moot point now, but it was just a typo on my part.vibenvy wrote:I would recommend contacting Ryan at Grafx Werks directly (mail@grafwerks.com).Baltovibe wrote:Are you sure that email address is correct? http://www.grafwerks.com appears to be a new company.
Perhaps it is http://www.grafxwerks.com instead?
YES .... Definitely make them in the silver metallic color as shown here in the attached pic Also these were 1" tall & 8" long. These are perfectly adhered to the hatch glass of the 2009/10 Vibes!vibenvy wrote:Would it be possible to make the decals slightly larger? I believe the ones from Grafx Werks were 8"x2". And do you have a metallic silver vinyl? Thanks in advance!
I'm still deciding!SlammedNiss wrote:What are you looking for ?
Decal looks great Thomas! What color is it (appears to be white)? And what size?trb wrote:Got mine today, and I had to put one on ASAP!
They look great! Thanks Brandon! My Vibe is "complete" .
I'm not a fan of logos, decals, stickers, etc. but I absolutely can't imagine our Vibes without their GenVibe decals. They would be naked without them !ArcsVibe wrote:Glad to see you guys still advertising the site
Yes, it is white and in the 9"x1" size. It is a bit bold against the dark windows and dark blue paint, so maybe a silver would have looked better, but since I already have the white letters on my license plate frame, I stuck with white. I do think the silver would look good on your car.vibenvy wrote:Decal looks great Thomas! What color is it (appears to be white)? And what size?trb wrote:Got mine today, and I had to put one on ASAP!

It appears GrafxWerks has abandoned GenVibe:NascarXprt wrote:im sure if we asked Ryan he could do them for us or even put them back on the site.
Guess the company got too big to support us. Thankfully, we have SlammedNiss to help out.Dairgo wrote:I e-mailed grafxworks, they are not making / going to make more genvibe decals. So, now to go to plan B.

Yep, that's what I thought too Cole, but as Ian posted, he contacted Ryan directly and he said he didn't have any left in stock and wouldn't be making any more . I'm kind of annoyed because he's still advertising pretty much all his other Vibe products on the site, so why not the GV decals? Oh well, I doubt I'll ever purchase anything from Grafx Werks again as this whole situation has kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.Baltovibe wrote:Guess the company got too big to support us. Beat me to it !SlammedNiss wrote:Made an official thread HERE for those interested in purchasing a set of decals.
I recommend silver. IMO, it goes well with any Vibe exterior color. Check out our Garage threads (in my signature below) to see what silver GenVibe decals look like on our Vibes. Also, if you need a place to put your decal, I recommend putting one on the lower right corner of the hatch glass. This is where they are on our Vibes and on many other members' Vibes as well. Just a couple ideas for you to consider. Either way, be sure to post pictures when you get your decal put on .GaryG92 wrote:Something that'll match my red vibe.
Is that silver decal metallic, and reflective?I recommend silver. IMO, it goes well with any Vibe exterior color.
The ones from Grafx Werks that are currently on our Vibes are metallic, but not reflective.Baltovibe wrote:Is that silver decal metallic, and reflective?
Thanks SlammedNiss! we greatly appreciate it!SlammedNiss wrote:The silver vinyl is indeed metallic. Reflective vinyl will run more than $6/pr.
