Welcome to GenVibe! Wow, 40,000 miles isn't much more than what I have on my 2009 Vibe GT! In case you didn't notice the info under my username to the left, I'm just down the road from you in Sandwich

I'm hoping she stands the test of time, because thanks to school and work, I have to drive a lot. I'm getting ready to put money into sprucing up the way she looks and I would hate it for that to come back and blow up in my face.
I've always been a Pontiac fan though, and I've never anything, but minor problems with any of them. My first was a 1998 Sunfire, then I graduated to a 2001 Grand-Am GT, and the Vibe is my 3rd Pontiac. I miss my Grand-Am so much. That had so much power and handled better than any car I've ever owned, but I had to get something that was better on gas and had more room for the kids, as I had the coupe.
Welcome to GenVibe! It's always great to see a fellow Pontiac loyalist
! Between my parents and I, we've had 2 Sunbirds (89 & 94; both LE Sedans), 3 Sunfires (98 SE Sedan, 02 GT Coupe & 02 SE Sedan) and now two Vibes (both 09 GTs). We have had great luck with our Pontiacs as well. We still have the 94 Sunbird which currently has around 275,000 miles on it and it still runs like a champ! I have no doubt that the Vibes will last a
long time too, especially with Toyota engines.
