Little boost for all our Vibe owners here

Post by dinopiratedavid »

Saw this article on MSNBC about the best used cars to buy and kinda hoped I'd see the Vibe on there and there it was under the best wagon (kinda made me shudder a bit though) category

I wonder why the 2003 and 2004 models weren't included.

Heck yeah it is. Prius is just an elongated hatchback, while Vibe is a traditional hatch. But in America they're called wagons, and I'm fine with that! ;)

After all, there is this...

Part of the reason I ended up buying my Vibe (just bought her this week and already in love) is because of the Used Car Best Bets article in Edmunds http://www.edmunds.com/car-reviews/best-used-cars.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

In my opinion, hatchbacks should get a separate category of their own, instead of getting lumped in with wagons. My mental image of a "wagon" is a huge long boat of a vehicle like a Volvo. They're reliable and will get you and your stuff there, but you probably won't enjoy it. :(

Hatchbacks are cute, sporty, and have zip! They're still reliable and will get you and your stuff there, but you'll get there in style and with loads of fun on the way. :P
