My mom's Vibe turned over 31,000 this past Saturday (May 19).

Mine turned over 31,000 today.

Just hit 134,000 miles on my 2009 Vibe GT :shock:

I drive a lot.
Other than some paint chips, some scratches here and there, the car is in great mechanical condition - which is good, since I don't pay it off until Dec. 2013!

80800 mi on mine... and got it in aug of 2008 with 0 mi... had some minor problems like lost the heater motor, a brake job at 75000 mi one prob with a vent canister and now a whining in the diff which is most likely due to low oil level so thats my project for tomorrow... all and all great car.

I am at 60500 km (about 37800 miles) on my 2009 Vibe. Bought it brand new on Friday March 13, 2009. Yes the freaking Friday the 13th !!! Everything is fine with the car, still runs like when it as new. Besides the oil changes and recalls, it never went back to the dealer. Which makes the Vibe the most reliable car I've owned.

Hit 120,000 miles yesterday, 7 weeks ahead of schedule. I average 20,000 miles per year and my 6 year Vibe anniversary will be on July 22.

128,430 on my 2004 Lava Vibe, purchased new in Jan. 2005. It sat on the lot for almost a YEAR until I rescued it!!!!!!!!

Have had no mechanical issues with it, only routine maintenance.

Just rolled over 74,000 miles this weekend after an oil change. Nothing replaced on the car except for the front brakes (right caliper seized). No complaints!

I just hit 50,000 on the 10 GT yesterday. Tried to take a pic, but it would not come out on my phone. Bought it with 36,1xx Dec 5th, so I've put on ~14,000 miles in less than 9 months. At this rate, I'll pass my Mustang's mileage up in about 14 years!

My Vibe turned over 33,000 miles today! I'll be surprised if it turns over 35,000 before the end of the year. Haven't been doing much driving this year at all.

Now I am in the 154,000s. I've been driving quite a bit since getting my car with 72,227 miles on the odometer over 3 years ago! It still runs quite well; I just had to replace the O2 sensors and the belt tensioner assembly (and belt) earlier this year.

It was manufactured in 10/2002 according to the VIN.
Original 5 speed transmission.

I changed my oil and wrote down the mileage. It was about 158,250 miles. I didn't realize how old she's getting. I normally toggle between my trips to check fuel economy and miles on the current oil. Looking at that odometer readout really made it sink in.

I'm glad to see so many people trucking along with high mileage (200k on an '03 GT on this page, no less). The GT has been rolling strong and steady! It looks like some maintenance is going to be on the schedule for next weekend, though.

Getting close to 80k...She was a rental car for awhile before I bought her, but I have only racked up a little under 8k since then and now my wife and I are car pooling by switching out the cars every week so i'm saving a ton of miles for those longer trips. 8-)

Had the occasion to check yesterday, after being called by the Extended Warranty people.

Just passed 42,840 on my 2009, purchased in June 2009. Only issues have been the noisy steering column (on ignore) and a blower fan that is noisy too and needs fixing. I tried using the recirculation button on and off but that makes no difference. Just had to replace the OEM tires recently as I saw I had cords starting to show through.

BTW, the Extended Warranty offer was $2900 (!) and, if I understood it correctly, it was just a power train (including electrical) warranty so wouldn't have touched the steering column or blower fan noises.

Maybe if it was bumper to bumper and sold for about $1500 I'd agree. I really doubt I am going to have powertrain problems sufficient to justify five years or 50k add'l miles for $2900.

Bought mine in Jan '06 with 38k on it, and it's up to 132,000 now. Replaced the front wheel bearings at about 90k, other than that it's just been routine maintenance.

Thanks. It's an '04. Fun little car. I have to fix a few minor things and undo a few mods I'm not fond of...namely the intake and short shifter.

2006 base FWD Vibe with only 40k miles. Just bought new tires for the beast this week - first set since factory. When you work from home you don't drive as often; wouldn't trade my Vibe in for anything at this point.

2008 Vibe bought in 2010. It already had 28,000 on it at the time of purchase. It now has 97,747. That's a lot of miles in just a couple of years. I'm hoping she stands the test of time, because thanks to school and work, I have to drive a lot. I'm getting ready to put money into sprucing up the way she looks and I would hate it for that to come back and blow up in my face.

I've always been a Pontiac fan though, and I've never anything, but minor problems with any of them. My first was a 1998 Sunfire, then I graduated to a 2001 Grand-Am GT, and the Vibe is my 3rd Pontiac. I miss my Grand-Am so much. That had so much power and handled better than any car I've ever owned, but I had to get something that was better on gas and had more room for the kids, as I had the coupe.

! Between my parents and I, we've had 2 Sunbirds (89 & 94; both LE Sedans), 3 Sunfires (98 SE Sedan, 02 GT Coupe & 02 SE Sedan) and now two Vibes (both 09 GTs). We have had great luck with our Pontiacs as well. We still have the 94 Sunbird which currently has around 275,000 miles on it and it still runs like a champ! I have no doubt that the Vibes will last a long time too, especially with Toyota engines.
