New Vibe owner!

Post by Nyx8 »

Hi all, new (or second) owner of a 2006 Pontiac Vibe.My mechanic says the seats are the most comfortable he's had in a car and my boyfriend loves the headroom opposed to my last car the Firebird. I also love the space in the back. How is everyone?

If that the name of the color? I knew it was some shade of blue haha After 5 months I love it! Let's see how it handles New England weather. Did I mention we had snow already?

Welcome to GenvibeThe car looks clean. More and more I am starting to like the looks of the 2005-2008 Vibe. I do like Firebirds (especially the 1982-1992 version) but I suspect you know all too well about the lack of traction they have on snow. You will find the Vibe is good in snow and foul weather and like the Firebird, parts are cheap for these Vibes and you can go to Toyota for engine parts.Good luck with your new to you car

Yeah getting this baby detailed tomorrow since we got the day off from work. I like the look of the 1982-1992 firebirds as well, I had a 96 v6 and if had a garage would of kept her for the better weather. Guess we can't have the best of both worlds without paying the price!

Yikes! I would die if mine got that dirty but, then again, the dirt and mud is just the evidence of having a good time in a great car! Can't wait to see how well the Vibe handles this winter.
