Alright! The Challenge!!!

Get a pic of your Vibe in front of a Waterfall!!!! (Park fountains or man-made waterfalls don't count) Bonus points if it's as big as this one!!!

I figured I'd try to revive this thread again. Does this count as a waterfall? Techically, it does have some poured cement at the top, but the lower area is natural rock. Much bigger falls below this, but no way to get close. I'll wait until I know if this works or not to post my challenge.

Ok, so in keeping with the water theme...take a shot of your Vibe at a beach setting. I know water seems to be a popular choice in this post, but no beach shots yet. Doesn't have to be the ocean, can be a lake or pond, as long as there is sandy beach and water visible together. No boat launches or parking your Vibe next to a sand pile with a pool nearby

Woo! next up: Your Vibe/car on a trail marked "No Motorized Vehicles Allowed" or something like that. It doesn't have to be totally on it. Like here, I just backed onto the trail for the picture. At least try to have two wheels on the trail.

Pictured near a hydro-elecrtic dam will do... I suppose... but make it a good one, bonus points for a really big dam!!!

I was going to jump on Nick's challenge, but I figured I'd give someone else a chance...my challenge was definitely going to be an easy one for 'flatlanders'.

nice to see this is still going. I actually drove out like 30 miles a couple of weeks ago to get a shot next to a drive-in, only to find it closed for the season and inaccessible. Argh.

I have no hydroelectric dams in my area that I know of, but I hope someone else steps up soon so I can jump back into this

Alright.. I can maybe answer this one today for you all. Unfortunatly here in Ontario Canada, it is against the law to get onto an electric dam with a car but I can get pretty close to one if that is acceptable. Plus.. I got a great FUN challenge for you guys if you accept my offer. haha

Here is the best that I can do here in Ontario. This trip was fun. Piled the Kids intop the car. drove a half half each way. got as close to the dam as I could... snapped my picture. Security showed up... Had to go and explain myself there. That was a pain in the (removed) but it is the best i can do... hope it is worth it. The pic shows my car... the Dam just above my car in the distance and the black/brown line is the highway over pass... of course.. in the way. Let me know if its good and i'll post my challenge.

This is for all the hockey fans out there now.
I want to see your car (vibe,matrix whatever), in front of your Home Team NHL Stadium. Like for me... I am from Ottawa so my team is the Ottawa Senators so Just because I love this team.. I have two pictures. My vibe in front of their home of the Ottawa Senators... Scotiabank Place.

If I was still in the States I could post a real good one for this, but there are some "haunted" places in Germany too. This is the Hotel zum Tuerken in the Bavarian Alps. In the 1930s and during World War 2 it was the headquarters of the German security service that guarded Adolf Hitler, who had a house right next door. Some say the hotel is haunted by a ghost - maybe the ghost of a prisoner who was kept in the cells in the basement, or maybe one of the SS guards.

Give me until tomorrow to post the challenge photo - it was too dark when I got home to take the picture I'm thinking of.

What I wanted to do was the "Gates of (removed)" cemetery in KY - Google it - it's definitely a weird place. But I live kinda far from there now.

Anyway, I'll post the photo for the next challenge tomorrow.

OK, here is the challenge.

Take a pic of your car with a funny town or street name sign - unintentionally funny or ironic (or a double entendre). Lots of German town names are funny in English (I would have posted a famous village name in Austria, but the name most likely exceeds the “Mature Content” guidance here). But I can think of several place names in the States that would fit this.

My challenge for you all is like my photo....

A picture of your vehicle at the airport just as or after the plane flew over your head. Watch your ears though. they can be loud. Good luck.
