I"ll be in town that week thru the 23rd for training. Not sure where I'm staying, but I want to hit the MALL! I am in great need of a roller coaster fix! Anyone up for it??
ya, I fly back immediately after training on the 24th. So no go on the 25th. Probably look at Valley Fair. Posted on the FB group too. Anyone down for some rollercoasters??

Oh, I just heard that apparently Valleyfair has either THE or one of the fastest wooden roller coasters in the US/world. Tell me which day you're going, and I'll be sure to watch for you. If it's my day off, I may stop by (since I get in for free ). I also might look into discounted ticket...
Heck yeah! Hook it up! And when do u work? Or not work? It will need to be a mon, tues, weds eve after 6 pm. I should be done with training after 5. But most likely have a test on Fri.
Wednesday eve is out for me. I have my work Volleyball finals that night and I'm the team captain. Discount tix would be cool, Nick. I know the evening admission typically does not offer any discount tix, but let us know if you can get any.

Will do! I'll go in early tomorrow to ask HR about ticket prices. I'm not sure about my schedule next week, but it should be posted (schedule is posted every Monday) so I'll let you know. If I work a morning shift than I'll be able to join you (just probably not for too many rides. I'm not a big rides person. Odd, considering my job). Then again, I may get Monday off again. Who knows, I'll keep you updated.

LOLYou need that many chaperons?I am going to be in that area in July with my granddaughters, ages 3 and 5. Let me know if that amusement park would be appropriate for them. As for me, I got off a roller coaster ride at Cedar Point about 15 years ago and announced to my wife that was the last time.

MOA is more child-oriented than Valleyfair. Even with VAlleyfair's new Planet Snoopy area, if you're going with your kids and the adults don't want to go, than MOA is better. I believe Cedar Point is owned by the same company which owns Valleyfair.
