ScanGauge II and oil pressure and oil temp?

Post by 21Rouge »

I see on the ScanGauge website that with the latest software one has access to the XGauge features i.e.http://www.scangauge.com/support/xgauge.shtmlFor those of you with this software can you tell me if your ScanGauge II is able to display the oil temperature in degrees F and oil pressure in PSI?Thanks for checking.

Google is your friend.I've found much on some forums that I would have never found on my own where people have played around with the programing to get various readings.I've had 2 SG for 2+ years. Played a little with the programing on the Vibe when I first got it but never revisited. On my list to due before I die.

...the ScanGauge-II can only display what information the computer passes along, and then only if the engine has the senor(s) to collect that information in the first place.

So I am wondering if any Vibe owners have been able to display oil temp and oil pressure using the XGauge software.
