I never finished the first one either. The second one looked mostly CG, in the commercials... its one thing to use CG, but at least try to make it look like its not CG.I bet this is why Honda Civic has that ad on TV right now with all the fast and furious type cars following along. I hate that ad.

I added the I liked it bar, because I didn't love it, but I saw it. I thought it was MUCH better than the first one, none of that lookin under the hood and somehow knowing how much NAWS is being used. The only problem I have found was that they shifted constantly, even when going 120+!! Could happen I suppose, but I doubt it. This one also had a visible plot!!! Overall a pretty good flick.

well i thought the first one was ok but the thing that makes me mad is that they only have imports! what about the domestics? what about the cavalier does anyone know what kind of horses they are getting out of the ecotec right now? I do they are getting 1,080 as of right now and they are shooting for 1200-1400 right now her is the link http://www.lingenfelter.com/ebay/modcar.htmI mean come on a cavalier or sunfire or even a vibe with that kind of hp would beat the $hit out of a honda anyday what is wrong with GM why dont they have anycars like that in the movie? I was thinking my self about dropping an ecotec into the vibe then adding twin turbos the whole nine yards to the engine and I would be pushing between 650+ horses easy if i completly raced out the ecotec engine but im just saying.

Tricked,There were a few domestics in the movie, not start or anything but there was a sunfire in the shop on a lift, and 2 PT Cruesers in the "coming out" of the garage scene!! And of course there was the Saleen Mustang, Viper, Vette, Camaro, and the Charger. But I agree, there should have been mode domestic 4's in there. I think the main problem with it though is that there is a serious lack of support from the big 3 as far as that stuff goes. Sure they sponser and produce craploads for Drag Racing but what about the causual modder? You know, the guy that justs wants to soop up his car for himself? There is little to know support from the big 3 on that, whereas, the import car co.'s have whole divisions to produce bolt ons and more for there vehicles. Don't mind me, I am just EXTREMELY FREAKIN' BITTER THAN GM HASN'T PRODUCED ANY PERFORMANCE GOODIES FOR THE VIBE!!!! Even though TRD has a handful, which is still pathetic by other co.'s examples.

i know i just wish that GM would open its eyes and go after the younger crowd by showing them the power the ecotec engine can produce lets take some people away from honda and mitsubishi and put them in a vibe or any GM car. I just posted the link to the drag car to show what kind on power a 4 banger could produce. nice dragster though I would take it and its for sale!! only wish i had the money to buy it. but o well. hey what engine do you have in the mini and how many horses is it producing stock and is it the S model.

I have to say I was very entertained by the sequal. My favorite part was the race between the domestics and the imports. The look on Tyrees's face when that charger reved it's engine was pricless.

Agreed! The Mini has a 1300cc 90+ HP when it runs. But that is in a 1400 lb car with (removed) loads of torque! I have beat pretty much anything willing to race a go-kart on the street with it. Unfortunately it is just an 's' look-a-like

I had to add the choice about the projector breaking. The theater near me was sold out. We ended up driving over 30 minutes to another show and 45 minutes into the film the picture went blank and they turned on the lights! That was Friday night and I haven't had time to go back and see it again.

I haven't got to see it yet, but i think it would be pretty good. Only thing is some of the cars look a little "riced" out.

funny thing about 2 fast 2 furious is those cars arent really that fast in real life they have and article in Motor Trend with three of the cars, the Yenko Camaro, the Evo VII and the Skyline. The fastest one in real life is the Camaro and it runs 13.4 in the quarter, hell most of the cars in that movie are more show than go. Kinda funny that the single turbo conversion Supra they have runs 14.5, since a normal TT supra runs high 13's stock, and theirs is modded.plus not sure i want to see a movie that kills a Z06 in the first 10 minutes of the movie.yogi

I read that article as well- in both movies the cars are stock besides the looks- But it makes sense due to the fact they wreck a bunch of them and have to have so many

yea i was watching TNN car and driver TV (i think car and driver) on sunday morning, and they tested all the cars. Most of them had very good handling etc but nothing more then intakes and exhaust. The fastest one that they tested on the show was the pink s2000.
