08 vibe wont start.

Hi, i am new thisforum and have tried searching for an answer, but couldn't find any info, Hopefully you guys can help me out. I have a 2008 pontiac Vibe that wont start. I checked the obvious, battery, connections, etc. I have 12 volts at the ign switch harness and 12 volts coming out the starter wire, but the car wont crank. The gauges turn on and everything works, but the starter doesn't turn over. I am lost on this. Anyhelp would be great, Thanks

Auto, or standard? If auto, could be the neutral start switch. If stick, then could be the clutch-switch.

Chech the fuse, clutch relay (manual), neutral/park relay (auto). Is the clutch fully depressed or the slushbox in Park or Neutral? Is the starter grounded properly?
