Voltz,You Sir, are a man after my heart...!!! Frosty Volts, dark rims, big brakes (and the mods to back them), coilovers... I think I may have missed it, but what wheels are you running? Those chassis stiffing bars look really nice, I see a lot of them on the newer Subarus on my Subaru forum... So they work THAT well?? I can see your car starting a handling revolution here.... Good to have you, are you origionaly from Singapore, or are you a transplant? Welcome from across the pond... !!!

Voltz,The car looks great and I love all the suspension upgrades. I haven't seen that cross member subframe connector before is that some thing that is only available overseas? I have the Hotchkis front and rear sway bar as well as a strut tower bar and i agree with you 100% better the way the car handles after the upgrades. Keep upgrading and post new pics.

Hi bro Sublimewind.. to clarify a few pointers ya.. im not after anyone's heart here.. haha.. im running on BC Sports 32way fully adjustable coilovers.. both height and ride adjustable.. u can adjust as high or low, as soft or hard as you wanted to.. many Voltz owners in Singapore used the Tein S-Tech meant for the corolla which of the wrong spring rates for our car.. (im one of them) Im running on replica Volk Racing CE28N which is from Taiwan.. Its reli light given its design.. This is my 4th set of wheels now and the perfect one for my car.. ive tried gold, bronze, GM... Im using the 17" by 7.5" wide ones.. Most of the wheels available on he market for 17" is 17X7 which is well to small a width for our Vibe.. With that 0,5" more, u are able to use wider tyres up to 235! (Stablity) Im using 225/50/17 Falken Firenza rubbers now.. The 50 profile ensures the car wont bt too stiff and retains the comfort zone.. http://i255.photobucket.com/al...1.jpgh ... ..4.jpgThe chassis stiffening bars works wonders for our car! the most vital imrpovements is the front brace which optimize handling for a FWD.. u get pin sharp steering response from it.. The rear anti sway bar links compensates for the weakness of the multi-link suspension. Trust me.. they work wonders for our Voltz! i have my fella spore frds here who can vouch for their performance.. mfivvibe and whoami pls show up.. "I can see your car starting a handling revolution here...." Hey bro.. i dun wana create a revolution nor i wana start one here.. im just sharing what i have been building painstakingly over the 4 years i had owned the Vibe.. and i had some plans to sell the car so im just taking those pics as a memory keepsake.. but the Voltz has becoming a classic in Singapore.. pple have been looking for it since Toyota discontinued its sale here... Im born and bred thoroughly in Singapore, no transplant is allowed..

Im born and bred thoroughly in Singapore, no transplant is allowed.. Yeah, they looked like a Volk wheel... I was like WOW when I saw them, I soooooo much want Volks for my Subaru.. But, i'd rather have the TE-37... such a classic... Would you have a link to the company that makes your replica wheels? I love Volk, but not the price.. !!! Do you have any pics od the car with the "gold" wheels on? You might not WANT to start a handling revolution, but you might, when people see and read about what "proper" handling upgrades can do for the car..!!! Well, i really gotta say, besides it being automatic, I LOVE it.. but, i'd take a manual car over and automatic any day of the week... (mine is auto as well BTW)Welcome, you should make a great addition to the site, AND, you might be able to help us here in the US, get some of them "hard to find" parts...hehe...Cheers,Aaron

Summit Racing Crank PulleyOur stock crank pulley weights about 2.8kg.. This spacecraft CNC T7075 Aluminium Pulley weights at a mere 700gm.. It improves the pick up and lessen the "drag" of the aircon alternator.. cool huh?

Hey Aaron.. i tried using the tag but it dun seems to work..The existing rims on my car fits ur Subaru too as the Vibe and Subaru uses 5 lug 100PCD. The offset is 40.. makes yr car rims more flushed wif the body.. i have the TE-37 on my Integra type R DC2 previously.. but i found out its quite stupid to spend so much on a rim esp if u were to hit the curbs! haha.. Its so much afforable for the replica obes for 1/4 the price of the Jap wheels.. but anyway many japanese rims makers had already "outsourced" their products outside japan.. that said dun be surprised that some japanese rims are actually made in Taiwan or even Phillipines.. haha..Replica Advan RG2.. Suits yr Scooby best!"Welcome, you should make a great addition to the site, AND, you might be able to help us here in the US, get some of them "hard to find" parts...hehe..." U have been very warm bro.. i shuold have joined this forum long time ago.. lol.. I will try my best to help u guys to look up for parts unavailable in the US and vice versa.. i may need yr help too.. lol.. Oh ya i wana the TRD SC.. haha

oh... my... god... i want your suspension mods. all of em welcome to the family. that is a beautiful machine you have there. i'd go for the vvtl-i voltz-z engine. there's nothin like lift, and the supercharger from trd will barely get you up to the power of a STOCK vvtl-i engine. the s/c will help you with low end power, but there's nothin like lift. and lift is great too. oh yeah, did i mention there's nothin like lift?? haha about the picture posting from photobucket... i took a screenshot of your album and circled the link you wanna copy and paste here. just click the link on the photobucket page, and it will automatically copy it for you. then just paste it here, you don't have to add the [url] or [img] tag since the img tag is already copied for you. hope this helps

it's illegal to remove the cat converter in certain states in the US. i live in cali now, and they barely let you do ANY performance mods, unless the vehicle is over 30 years old, which is incredibly stupid to me. all i have done to my car is a short ram intake, and i'm not even supposed to have that on there. i'm gonna have to change it back to stock before my next emission test, then change it back again after i pass. but where i grew up in indiana, there are NO smog/vehicle emission laws, and you can pretty much do whatever you want with your vehicle. AND the premium gas up there is 93 octane(), AND it costs less than the 91 octane premium fuel that we have in california

VIOLA.. i had finally done it.. for the convenience of our bros here.. fianlly managed to post the pics here.. lolzz..i shall take to stool, sit on it, and wait for u to struck loteery.. haha.. the law at cali is stupid.. who would wana mod a 30yr old car? it can go even if it have the looks.. same theory to the gals.. u wouldnt wana date a 50yr old lady rite? lolz..In Singapore, theres no black or white, the law always left it in a grey area.. sometimes it can pass, sometimes it cant.. But definitely open pod is allowed.. lol.. Oh ya we are permitted to bolt on performance cat back exhaust from Fujitsubo, Apexi, Mugen, Supersprint so long as they have either the TUV or JASMA certifications.. our petrol are 95, 98RON here

i like the 50 year old lady line lol. i understand there are some classic muscle cars that people still wanna turn into monsters (camaro, charger, gto, etc.). but you rarely see those on the street. i think the law should be the other way around, and let us people with newer cars do what we want to our babies, but make exceptions for those "classic american muscle cars". my roommate has a 1971 chevy truck that he's modded the hell out of just because he can. now you mean to tell me that my car, with minimal mods like an intake, straight pipes, and exhaust will be polluting more than his truck?? psh i could do a LOT more work to the car, drive twice as much as he does, and still be runnin cleaner than him. there are a few mods you can do to your car out here that can still pass the tests, but they're few and far between. they also have to have CARB (california air resources board) certification, and have a sticker placed on the vehicle for each item you have. my intake came with one that was only valid for the 03-04 vibe GT's, but i put it on my strut tower right behind the intake, so maybe they'll let me pass

Blaq.. how much more horses did u managed to squeeze out from the E-Manage? I squeezed abt 6-8hp from my Apexi AFC Neo.. Given the option of ignition tuning i guess u could easily squezze abt 15-20 horse out of it.. Our car is running very rich during stock form.. We trimmed about -7% to -12% for the low throttle ans as much as -19% during the high throttle from the stock fuel delivery! it also means sacings in petrol too as the the ignition has been left untouched.. look at the pics!

Everyone should get this too! 15mm for the front and 25mm for the rear.. Widen the axle width from L to R.. Increased high speed stability by at least 50%.. Counter locking spacers- Secure and wouldnt vibrate during high speeds.. Make our Voltz looked more macho and mascular! Makes the wheels flushed with the body wheel arch!
