led turn signals

i got some with no instructions and theres 3 wires. black,white,blue. if i assume black as hot white as ground what is blue? any way to test them without blowing them up

black is usually ground. One of the other wires is for your parking light, and the other is for the turn signal.Just ground the black wire and tap a hot wire onto one of the other wires. Whichever wire causes it to light up brighter will be the turn signal wire. The dimmer one will be the parking light wire.
