Part Pickup/Ship from Autonation West Sahara, LV to MI

Long shot, but I should know by Tuesday.
I've got a small part (Engine oil dip stick) that I've located at AutoNation off West Sahara in LV. The dealer won't ship it to me directly, but I've got a dealer here in Michigan who is going to call them on Tuesday to see if they can get the part shipped to their dealership.
If this falls through, is there anyone in the area willing to pick up the part (I can prepay for it) and then drop it off at the UPS Store (where I can arrange payment/shipment to Michigan)?
